What does your intake process consist of? What sort of materials/examples would I be providing you to get a good idea of who I am and what I’m searching for?

Once clients purchase a package and schedule our first session, a Google drive folder is created for our work together. A link to that folder an to the intake form is emailed to clients following a purchase. The intake form is ideally completed by the first session. That questionnaire helps clarify goals, experiences, skills, and needs. All of that data informs the resume editing process. Clients are asked to share anything they think would help in the writing process, which can range from previous resume drafts to performance reviews to an email with a paragraph or bullet points about experiences and accomplishments ideal to include in a resume and / or cover letter revision. 

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Revisions is currently accepting credit card payments & apple pay.

All packages are paid up front and scheduling happens in the purchase process of each package. 

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

·   All packages come with a guarantee of 100% client satisfaction for 30 days from purchase.

·   All packages must be completed within timelines specified on the booking site (between 30-90 days of purchase date, depending on the package); package hours expire unless specific scheduling exceptions have been made in writing.

·   Clients are responsible for monitoring service hours and package expiration dates; unused hours will not be refunded.
