What does your intake process consist of? What sort of materials and examples would I be providing you to get a good idea of who I am and what I’m searching for?

Once you purchase a package and schedule your first session, a Google Drive folder is created for our work together. A link to that folder and to the intake form will be emailed to you following your purchase. Ideally, you will complete the intake form before your first session. The intake form is a questionnaire to help clarify your goals, experiences, skills, and needs. All of that data informs the resume editing and coaching process. Clients are encouraged to share anything they think would be helpful to the writing process, from past resume drafts to an email highlighting work experiences and accomplishments you would like included in your resume or cover letter. 

What are payment options? 

Revisions is currently accepting credit / debit cards & Apple Pay. 

All packages are paid for up front, and sessions are scheduled during the purchase process. 

What is the refund policy? 

All packages must be completed within timelines specified on the booking site (between 30 to 90 days from the date of purchase, depending on the package); package hours expire unless specific scheduling exceptions have been made in writing.

 

Clients are responsible for monitoring service hours and package expiration dates; unused hours will not be refunded.

Are outcomes guaranteed? 

No. Job search outcomes are impacted by many factors. Working with Career Revisions will strengthen your career and job-search outlook, though we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
